Your room is available for check-in from 3pm and check-out time is before 12 noon. If you are arriving early or would like a later checkout time please contact us (additional charges may apply).
If you are reserving 5 or more rooms for your party please contact us.
We are regularly asked about the following items and are pleased to confirm they are available:
Hairdryer, in-room safe, iron & ironing board (on request).
All public areas are wheelchair accessible and the lift serves all floors.
For families one of our main attractions is the family friendly hotel leisure club! We have 2 completely separate pools - you can relax and enjoy the Family pool which incorporates a kid's paddling pool and underwater jets. Children must always be accompanied by an adult. Swimwear and accessories are available to purchase at the club if you have forgotten them.
Children under 17 years can use the leisure club facilities until 7pm each evening.
Only guide dogs are permitted in the Glenroyal Hotel & Leisure Club.

Glenroyal Hotel and Leisure Club is a non-smoking property and smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas including guest bedrooms.
Yes, free Wi-Fi internet is available in public areas including the lobby, restaurant, bar, conference centre and a free broadband internet connection in all guest bedrooms.
We have a large, open carpark for all guests and Leisure Club members.
